The steps to the right outline the process followed for most any print design or web design project.
Unless otherwise specified, project content such as text and imagery is client provided. Copywriting and imagery sourcing or imagemaking services available upon request.
To ensure your project is delivered
by the date specified, it is important to return approved design drafts and
requested revisions ASAP.
The design project scope is determined. Project objectives, timeline, deliverables, and budget
are often detailed
in a client brief.
The client is presented a project estimate that includes delivery date, cost of labor and materials.
Once the estimate is approved by client sign-off, a deposit is required
to begin graphic or web deisgn work.
After receiving the deposit, work
on your project begins right away.
Preliminary print or web designs and concepts are presented to the client.
Revisions are made to designs as needed until approved by the client.
Final designs are executed in the appropriate format for delivery.
Final design files are shared with the client for final approval.
Upon approval, designs are delivered to client or production company.
A final invoice and task log outlining time spent is delivered to the client.
